McAlester Parks

Well, since it's summer, Bentley and I have had a lot more time to do fun stuff. We have had the chance to visit two parks this week. I thought that it might be nice to visit all 13 of our parks. So, over the next couple of weeks I will tell you about them and which one will be best for you and your family. I hope that you enjoy!

Mullen Park
This park was very clean and well kept. It has a large playground, a kiddie pool with an alligator that sprays water, covered places to eat or hang out, and restrooms. Bentley had a great time. She raced around the big toy on the playground. It was a bit too large for my 20-month old because she loves to climb, and it was pretty tall in areas with many openings with poles to slide down, etc. We still had a blast, and I would highly recommend this park to parents whose children are a bit older. We will be visiting this park again, though, because the kiddie pool looked perfect.
