Classroom Management
Well, it is already the second full week of school. I have realized three things so far: my seating chart was ALL WRONG, my behavior plan might not work for this group, and it doesn't matter how many years you teach, your always have to make changes.
I spent a couple of hours in my classroom today. I rearranged ALL of my student desks, I organized all of our papers for the week, finished my new behavior plan, and created a new board. It's all in a day's work for a teacher. Man, we have a tough job, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love it!
Here is a new look at my behavior plan. I saw it on Pinterest, but couldn't find it Friday when I was searching, so I just made it up from memory with a few adjustments. I used laundry clips and added their numbers.

This is my objective board. I found a lot of teachers using "I Can" with their objectives, and I wanted to do that this year too. Here is this week's objective board. Hope you guys have a great week!
